Length of Use (LOU) Report
Your employee role must have the Reports permission to access reports. See "Roles & Permissions" for more information.
Run the Length of Use (LOU) report to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of your current location's fleet, broken down by service advisor.
The lower your LOU, the more Repair Orders (ROs) your service advisors can write, which directly affects your revenue and profitability. Aim for a LOU of 2.50 days, over a 90-day period. See "Best Practices: Length of Use (LOU)" for more information.
